- The Kouign-Amann

Literally "butter cake", the cake composed of dough and bread (a lot) of butter is a true delight to tast (found in almost all Breton pastries!)

- The salted butter caramel

A little sugar, sour cream, salt and you get a creamy caramel, candy or lollipops (also called Niniches).
